Overview |

USB3850 is a professional instrument that records and analyzes blasting signal in blasting engineering. It consists of sensors, data acquisition system and data analysis software.
USB3850 makes blasting engineering more safe, scientific and reliable. All kinds of sensors including pressure, speed and acceleration connect with data acquisition system and place on the vibration test site. Test site distributed over a large scale without field wiring. The users can take dedicated USB data wire to communicate with data analysis software in computer after blast. Data analysis software can read the vibration signal of the whole process and display various characteristic parameters including waveform, frequency spectrum and vibration signal, etc. |

According to Mechanical Vibration and Shock-Measurement and Evaluation of Vibration Effects on buildings-Guidelines for the Use of Basic Standard Methods GB/T 14124¾93, the frequency ranges from 1Hz to 150Hz including all engineering events such as industrial manufacture, blast, pile work and transportation. USB3850 dedicated designed data acquisition system for the blasting vibration. The maximum sampling rate achieves up to 200 KHz; the analog bandwidth achieves up to 40 ksps; the range is from ±0.4V to ±20V, covered all the measurement range of engineering blasting, mechanical vibration and shock. While using with different sensors, it can be widely used in blasting engineering including road, railway, tunnel, bridge, mining, geologic survey, and defence scientific research. Compared with traditional blasting vibration recorder, USB3850 can reach a setup of 64 sections, which means it can measure and test engineering blasting data with 64 sections only by once parameter setup and data fetch. USB3850 also has new features including absolute value level trigger, precise time definition and high-speed data transfer.
USB1.1 interface realizes communication between instrument and computer, which is compatible with USB2 interface. It achieves 12Mbps transfer rate through full-speed communication mode. The USB bus embedded +5V power supply and management function, which can offer a 5V/500mA external power supply mode. It is applicable for portable instrument application. It simplifies power supply design of instruments and field wiring. |

SeismoView2.0 data analysis software is blasting signal analysis software according to latest Safety Regulations for Blast GB 6722-2003, and it can be operated in Windows98/2000/XP series.
It offers completely engineering blasting data process and signal analysis, report generation, Sadowski regression, major vibration frequency and international unit transfer function. It still can offer sheet display, disk saving, analysis report printing. Aiming at assorted sensors, SeismoView2.0 has applied analysis algorithm, the frequency accuracy is improved greatly than using traditional integrate and differential. It realizes multi-purpose by single-sensor and decreases the cost. Data analysis system offers blasting safety algorithm in accordance with Safety Regulations for Blast GB 6722-2003. SeismoView2.0 offers multi-format output, which is applicable for multi analysis instruments, provided an easy regulation flow step-by-step for the users. At the same time, SeismoView2.0 is compatible with two original formats of data files, which has more beautiful interface, simpler operation and an expandable functional design to offer better service for special users with a potential of increasing value of software. |

According to Safety Regulations for Blast GB 6722-2003, the upper limit frequency in blasting engineering, as safe criterion, is 100Hz. Our Company offers magnetoelectrical speed sensor with three selectable frequencies range according to different requirements of users. The users also may choose other sensors according to the measuring physical quantity.
The first selectable frequency range of sensor is from 10 Hz to 150Hz, sensitivity is 0.28±5﹪ V/cm·s-1, passband error is ±5﹪. According to Safety Regulations of Blast GB 6722-2003, It already covers blasting engineering frequency range as safe criterion, so it can achieve function of safe monitor in blasting vibration economically and reliably.
The second selectable frequency range of sensor is from 2.5Hz to 100 Hz, sensitivity is 0.20±5﹪ V/cm·s-1, passband error is ±5﹪. This frequency range of the sensor is more board, especially including low frequency, makes it can be used in research of blasting effect to the building.
The third selectable frequency range of sensor is from 6.7Hz to 300Hz, sensitivity is 0.288±5﹪ V/cm·s-1,passband error is ±5﹪. This frequency range and quotation are between the first sensor and the second sensor. |
