Overview |
|
The data acquisition board is not only difficult to install, but also is easy to be interrupted by internal surroundings of cabinet. Because of the limitation of quantity and address of slots, interrupt resource and DMA; it cannot be connected with many devices. However, the USB will solve these problems well. IDTS-8516 can easily achieve multi-point data acquisition with low cost and high reliability.
By adopting synchronous parallel design, 8 high-speed 100ksps 16bit ADCs and 8 independent programmable gain channels composed of high speed precise operational amplifier and precise attenuation filter network are integrated into the card to achieve an voltage signal acquisition range from ±0.1V to ±100V. Gain errors and zero-bias of each channel can be removed independently by DAQ controller’s fine-tuning which facilitates this product with high measurement accuracy and phase consistency. No manual adjustable component insures the high reliability and stability of the product. |

Analog Input |

Maximum sampling rate of USB8516 A/D is 100ksps. Each channel can separately control the gain setting with a range from ±100mV to ±100V. Maximum sampling depth of each channel can achieve up to 2Msa. The specially designed ring buffer facilitates pretrigger sampling function, which is suitable for signal recording of transience process of engineering. Delay of pretrigger and post-trigger samples can cover the maximum period. |

Triggering Source |
|
USB8516 has wide range of triggering sources, including software (manual), internal and external triggering. Internal triggering level can be set up freely within current range with options of triggering conditions including rising edge, falling edge, internal dual-threshold, external dual-threshold; external signal complies with TTL electrical standard with options of effectiveness of rising edge and falling edge. Through setting multiple triggering modes, accurate capture of various characteristic signals can be guaranteed. |

Clock Synchronization |
|
The Acquisition instrument has designed the independent time base and the clock controller. While cascading multiple acquisition of system, each card may have different sampling rate. The trigger lines and clock lines of each board cascade through local bus connecter. Under the control of the unified clock and triggering, the acquisition system achieves the synchronized acquisition. |
